Winter Jam booth!!!

Winter Jam 2010 made it's way through Nashville last week and we got to see all of our new Merchandise lines first hand. Our custom band shirts and promotional products for the Newsboys looked amazing on display. You've never seen a merch display until you've seen the Newsboys. They use flat screen TV's, 20 ft trusses, and massive banners. It may seem like over kill, but it draws customers over to the table and displays our custom band t-shirts perfectly. (Check out the pic below of one of the booths) The show was filled with great music, high energy, and an inspirational message. Custom Applique shirts look amazing!

A special thanks to all the new fraternities and sororities who have partnered up with YouthMerch in 2010!! Fraternity shirts and Sorority shirts are in full production this month and we just wanted to remind everyone out there about our Applique printing method. This method has become very popular and gives more depth to a design rather than just a basic screen print. A popular combination for this, is doing a tone on tone screen print with the applique embroidery over the top. Appliqué is pretty much just a shape cut from a piece of fabric and stitched to another, to create and add dimension and texture to a design. If you have ever been in an Abercrombie and Fitch store or an Aeropostle store, than you have more than likely seen an Applique embroidered shirt. We just got a sample in of our most recent custom fraternity shirts, where we used this Applique method (see pic attachment). This type of embroidery has a few different options such as using vinyl or cloth/twill.
